The rock bucket loader is configured with the rock bucket whose body and side tool are strengthened. The main cutting board is fabricated from the high-durability material. Coupled with the replaceable auxiliary cutting board and side tooth, the rock bucket can have a longer service lifetime. In general, the product is taken for use with high requirements and complex working conditions. We totally manufacture 8 types of the product with different configuration aiming at the diversified working conditions. The models of the 8 types of product are JGM737Y-II, JGM738Y, JGM756Y, JGM755Y-III, JGM756Y-III, JGM 757Y-II, JGM757Y-III and JGM767Y.
Main Performance Features
1. Large Power
The rock bucket loader avails itself of the dual pump confluence technology. It is efficient with low fuel consumption and good dynamic property.

The automatic flat system for the working device enables short action cycling time and high working efficiency.

The key parts of the product are analyzed by using the finite element analysis method. The long wheel base design plus the articulated frame makes the product have strong bearing capacity.
4. Long Service Lifetime
The rock bucket loader takes usage of integral quenched cutting board which has higher durability resulting in a longer lifespan. The key articulated positions of the product are constructed with the dustproof structure, which guarantees the good lubrication of the pins. Meanwhile, the large flow paper filter element is employed for the hydraulic oil suction and returning to keep cleanliness of the hydraulic system and reduce the failure rate of the hydraulic elements, thus extending the serving time of the hydraulic system.
5. Good Comfort
The cab of the product is manufactured to create a comfortable operating environment by offering high-level interior decoration, large interior space, and broad vision field as well as taking elastic suspension bi-directional shock absorption. The operating device is arranged rationally as well for convenient operation.
6. Good Reliability
The rock bucket loader is furnished with the full hydraulic coaxial flow amplifying steering system to achieve handy, flexible and reliable steering. The adopted high-end free maintenance accumulator works with stability and reliability. Moreover, the rear gas tank and four-wheel dual pipeline air-over-oil caliper disc braking system can guarantee stable and reliable operation of the product.
