A. The product is fitted with the automatic flat device for the working device which needs short action cycling time and enables high working efficiency.
B. The centring arrangement for the articulated position and small turning radius endow the product with high mobility and flexibility.
C. Compared with the counterpart, the product is manufactured with smaller overall length of only 7.782m and larger weight of 17.3t, leading to higher working efficiency.

A. The heavy duty front loader adopts the single rocker arm Z-form reversal mechanism and optimized working device to ensure large lifting and breakout force.
B. The single-stage 4-element twin turbine torque converter, which is conducive to reducing the number of gear, matches with the transmission gearbox and engine rationally. That can ensure large traction force.
C. The high efficient and energy saving dual pump confluence hydraulic system has good dynamic property.
D. The engine of the product is the Weichai Landking Generation II low speed type having stronger power.

G. The negative pole of power supply switch is put into service. When the machine doesn't work for a long time, it switches off for reliable and stable operation.

I. The Weichai Landking Generation-II low speed engine plays an important role in maintaining the reliability of the product.
a. Outputting large torque and traction force, the adopted Weichai engine reduces the fuel consumption and elevates the efficiency comprehensively.
b. The fuel system protector has many functions for keeping the normal work of the engine from different aspects.
I. The engine with the same grade diesel oil relating to the temperature can work normally even under special weather and environment conditions. For example, under the environment with the temperature of 0℃ or so, the engine can still work normally even being added with the 0# diesel oil.
II. The fuel system protector can pump the oil and exhaust the air, which helps shorten the startup time of the engine and increase the lifespan of the startup elements.
III. The impurities and moisture are filtered by the trustworthy dewater filter core for bringing down the failure rate of the fuel system.
c. The electromagnetic thermostatic fan can automatically adjust the fan speed, which has the following functions.
I. The thermal equilibrium of diesel engine is improved and the replacement cycle for the piston, piston ring, piston pin and cylinder liner is extended.
II. The fan's useless power consume is effectively reduced to save fuel.
4. More Safety
The heavy duty front loader is equipped with the reversing alarm device to prevent the occurrence of accident during the reversing process.
5. More Comfort
A. The top, rear and side parts of the cab interior are constructed from the new GFP material pressed through the steel mold, creating an elegant interior environment.
B. In addition to the spacious interior and broad vision field, the operating devices in the cab are arranged rationally for convenient operation.
C. Due to the electromagnetic thermostatic fan of the engine, the vibration of the engine is reduced to improve the operating comfort.
D. The 4-point elastic suspension and bi-directional shock absorption of the cab make the damping effect attain more than 85%.
E. The floor plate of the cab is formed through the numerical control technology by using the 6mm steel plate in the overall blanking process, which can effectively keep the noise out. Meanwhile, the sound-absorbing material for noise reduction and floor mats for sound insulation are employed for weakening the reverberation in the cab. Then, the fatigue of the operator can be relieved.
F. The cab of the heavy duty front loader is also furnished with the front air conditioner with the defrosting function.
