Performance Features
1. Furnished with single rocker arm, long wheel base and Z-form reversal mechanism, the JGM768 high-end bucket loader has large lifting and breakout force.
2. The dual pump confluence hydraulic system has high efficiency and good dynamic property.
3. The working device of the product can move to the flat state automatically with short action cycling time and high working efficiency.
4. The whole functional hydraulic system takes usage of pilot operation, enabling handy and flexible operation for the operator as well as high working efficiency.
5. The integral quenched cutting plate and bucket tooth of the high-end bucket loader have a longer service lifetime with higher durability.
6. The design of dustproof structure for key articulated positions can extend the service lifetime of the pins.
7. The steering system of the product is the full hydraulic coaxial flow amplifying type. It can achieve handy and flexible steering with reliable performance.
8. The high-end bucket loader is equipped with the Dana TZL18D shaft-fixed electrically controlled transmission gearbox and Meritor drive axle. The transmission gearbox has the function of switching automatic shift and manual shift. Meanwhile, the function of KD shift (changing into the lower gear compulsively) is available under the manual shift condition. The whole operational system has high working efficiency.
9. The transmission gearbox has the safety protective functions to guarantee the operational security and reliability of the transmission gearbox. The product cannot be started up if it engages the gear. When the brake pressure is under the set pressure, the product cannot achieve shift. The other function such as braking system power cutting off and returning to the neutral when parking is also available.
10. The whole braking system is the air-over-oil caliper disc 4-wheel braking type. It has high security and reliability.
